Microsoft Excel Training on Cell References

Cell referencing is a usual challenge to beginners of Excel. On my training courses I often draw the analogey to learning how to drive with gears. At first you have to think carefully and concentrate, but it soon becomes instinctive. I beleive the same is true for realtive and absolute formulas.
